From the marathon:

heart rate average: 170bpm (that's beats per minute)
HR range: 86-184
time spent above 160: 3 hours and 6 minutes
time spent below 140: 1 minute and 10 seconds
ascent: 1050 feet (descent is the same)
high point: 384 feet
