Cinnamon-Apple Twist Bread

I made Cinnamon-Apple Twist Bread tonight. As with nearly all bread recipes, it was easy to make but took some time. Breakfasts this week should be quite nice.

  1. That looks delicious!
I sat here confused for the longest time trying to figure out how you got that finished shape out of the one roll. Then I realized you made a double batch, which didn't appear in the photos until they were in the pan...

  2. Oh my gosh - that makes my mouth water it looks so delicious. There's nothing like freshly-baked bread - yum! Sure wish I was there to enjoy it with you :-)

  3. You had to have made that with magic and just left baking utensils lying around to cover up your powers.

I'd be interested in learning the recipe when I get out there sometime.

  4. My fingers are magic, Vaughn.

The recipe should be linked in the post, but if you mean 'seeing how it's done' then no problem. I think you might be surprised how easy it is, though.

(Saxtor, just a technical note: I didn't double the recipe, but rather halved the dough (as called for) to achieve two braids.)
