[this photo is unrelated to the text]Remember when you were a little kid and you complained to your parents about school and they replied (in a ‘you haven’t got it so bad’ tone) that kids in Japan had to go to school on Saturdays? Well, that's not really true. But today it is.
The Sabani race is tomorrow and a party follows in Naha. So our Board of Education just switched school up. We work today and get Monday off. Can you imagine that ever happening in America?
